WHY PARAKLETOS
The Greek word "parakletos" (παράκλητος), commonly translated as 'advocate,' 'comforter,' or 'helper,' refers to someone who is called to one's side to provide assistance, support, or intercession. Or as we like to refer as –
The One Who Walks Beside.
Parakletos Collective was founded in reference to the verses of John 14:16-17:
"And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Advocate (Parakletos), who will never leave you. He is the Holy Spirit, who leads into all truth. The world cannot receive him, because it isn’t looking for him and doesn’t recognize him. But you know him, because he lives with you now and later will be in you."
We are never alone, always with an 'advocate,' 'comforter,' 'helper' or PARAKLETOS by our side – the Holy Spirit. God has created these amazing places on Earth that we get to call our playground. He is with us everywhere we go, sharing both our joy and our sorrows. When we board, he's with us. When we ski, he's with us.

PARAKLETOS COLLECTIVE VISION:
Whilst the Greek word "Parakletos" is used in the Bible in reference to the Holy Spirit and what we have available to us – Parakletos Collective aims to bring those characteristics of advocate, comforter and helper into the snow, surf and skate culture.
PARAKLETOS COLLECTIVE MISSION:
This world has partnered God's playground with lifestyles that more often than not lead down a dark road. We all struggle. We all have mates who struggle, and the culture of our sports can lead us down some dark paths. Stand out, be a light.
